In order to receive full credits, attendees will be required to fill out daily cards, as well as a full program attendance card. Attendees who participate in selected portions of the program will receive partial credits. If you are receiving full credits, certificates of completion will only be dispersed at the end of the entire program upon receipt of a completed evaluation form and attendance cards. Should you require duplicate attendance verification at a later date, a letter confirming your attendance can be provided for a $10 fee.
